Less Than One Month Left!

It seems like things are really moving along and something new has happened everytime we go by. Most recently the granite has been installed, most of the tile work is finished (with the exception of the backsplash), the floors have been stained and they have done a quick cleaning. They also recently added our stone flower bed planters and tree rings. The house is now locked so we have to start getting over there early enough to get the key before the office closes.

Right now the wood is covered with cardboard but they will be completely finished soon.

The master bath is actually more done than in this picture but I forgot to take on the past time we went by.

Painting also started this weekend but we will have to go back and take pictures later when so many workers are not in the house. We also now have carpet although there was a little mix up with some of it and the stairs, media room and game room will need to be replaced.

We are projecting to close on October 20th so we are in the final stretch. This last month will mostly consist of fixing small issues, us and the builder going through the house with blue tape to mark anything we see that needs to be fixed and then final cleanings. We are so excited to have just under one month left in our apartment and know that we will be living in a house again very shortly.
